About Our EA Managed Service
EA - Expert advisor
We tested many EA's in the last 3 years. We chose 1 and this is the one we deploy on your Metatrader.
You need this service if you are:
1. A retail trader that is not profitable
2. A retail 'tourist' trader that is fascinated by markets - works full time and would like to make more money from the market 'hands free'
3. A retail trader, comfortable with EA's who who has deployed EA's but unsuccessfuly because you bought the wrong one.
To work with us:
1. You open an account with our broker. One of the largest best respected brokers globally. I have had an account with this broker for 10+ years. Why this broker? There are other good brokers but this is convenience for our team to monitor whether the trading environment is the same. There are other reasons covered below.
2. Your money stays in your account and it never passes to our team. We have no access to your funds. When the account is open you will inform us of the act number and password and we will deploy the EA and set it up correctly.
3. Our EA only trades on EURUSD, GBPUSD, XAUUSD (GOLD) and BITCOIN (BTC). It is heavily customised to work on these 4 pairs. We have tested these pairs on different sized accounts and have estabished rules for our trading community. Stick to the rules and you should be profitable (as we are). Breakl the rules and you risk the account.
4. We deploy your Account onto our VPS to ensure 24 hr up time.
5. We monitor daily our main account to check the trading environment. We monitor your account every day for the first 3 days to ensure it is trading correctly and then every Monday.
6. We issue regular guidance notes

About Our Preferred Broker

We tested many EA's in the last 3 years. We chose 1 and this is the one we deploy on your Metatrader.
1. All brokers have down time for maintenance and upgrades. we cannot monitor all brokers.
2. Sometimes when Metatrader upgrades occur the EA will need to be reconnected.
3. Why our VPS? We cannot answer questions or offer technical support if your Metatrader is deployed on another VPS. You are on your own.
4. VPS providers do occasionally go down or the Microsoft OS is upgraded or security patches installed and we cannot allocate time. We are not VPS engineers. We manage our VPS through Ultrhost.
5. Our VPS provider backs updaily so our settings and environment are never lost.
6. If you do not pay your VPS provider your account is disconnected and then you have oen trades not being managed.
This service is for traders who desire their capital to be in the market with bare minimum input.

Margin
Margin Requirements and Avoiding a Margin Call
Many EA's quote low entry margin capital requirements so you buy their EA. This is the reality.
1. $1000 trading 0.01 on EURUSD trend following with hedge survives in a range trading envirnment but when the pair shifts out of the zone it wlll be tight as the EA shifts the next zone and starts to increase the trade size. Avoid the stress. Traders with low margin get squeezed out. All pairs retrace usually to 50% of a large move. Currency pairs and the trading range is managed by central banks and institutions. There is always a recovery trade.
2. 2 pairs such as GBPUSD and EURUSD can often trend in the same direction so this places additonal strain on if the range is broken.
3. XAUUSD ( GOLD ). 2025 and 2026 have seen aggressive moves and we do not deploy the EA on accounts with less than 10k USD even on 0.01 settings. What most traders do not consider is that the margin requirement for 0.01 on Gold is much higher than 0.01 EURUSD.
4. BTC provides the most profitable trading environment as it often moves 1-2% per day and 3-5% on very active news heavy days and 10% on dump or pump days. Again our recommendation is a minimum of 10k USD.
This is why our minimum act size we oversee are accounts within a minimum of 20k USD or accounts that can be built up to 20k within 4 weeks with a minimum starting balance of 5k USD. This is a high touch service for serious investors and not a mass market product for small accounts. For small accounts we will provide you the tools if you have signed up with our broker with an ebook explaining the setup.
The frustrating thing for many traders is that 90% of the time you will not need that much margin. That margin is there for the days when something changes - there is no warning, no annoucement etc.
We are conservative with our money and accounts we oversee. We will switch off the EA for example

Most retail traders lose money - Just a fact. There are many reasons why. Principally it is because of a lack discipline.
Most retail traders when using an EA they bought still lose money because:
1. You bought a cheap, badly programmed EA from metaquote. There are many student programers selling cheap EA's relying in back testing on demo accounts. This is not a real trading environment.
2. You self trade on the account and blow the Act
3. You believe that an EA does not need to be managed
4. You do not understand the settings in the EA

5. For retail traders AI does not exist. when you see it is marketing BS
